Japanese manufacturer Honda took part in this competition. Honda has launched several new electric cars in 2023, including:
Honda e is a subcompact electric car available in Indonesia from April 2023. This car has a unique retro design and is equipped with advanced features such as Honda Sensing, active noise cancellation and wireless charging.
- The Honda CR-V e:HEV is a hybrid SUV available in Indonesia from August 2023. This car has a sporty and luxurious design and is equipped with advanced features such as Honda Sensing, active noise cancellation and wireless charging.
- Honda SUV e:Prototype is an electric SUV concept shown at GIIAS 2023. This car has a futuristic design and is equipped with advanced features such as an all-wheel drive system, air suspension and wireless charging technology.
Apart from that, Honda also has other electric cars in development, including:
- Honda HR-V e:HEV is a hybrid SUV that will be launched in Indonesia in 2024.
- Honda City e:HEV is a hybrid sedan to be launched in Indonesia in 2024.
- Honda Jazz e:HEV is a hatchback hybrid car to be launched in Indonesia in 2025.
